Consistent with the Group's increasing sophistication and continuing growth, they now wish to appoint a Treasury Risk Manager. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and working closely with the Treasurer, you will be responsible for measuring, monitoring and providing advice in relation to all risks and exposures as they pertain to the Group's treasury activities. You will also establish a framework for the provision of accurate and timely reporting to the Group's senior management and Board. Your input will be sought in areas such as the review of all new instruments in which the Group may decide to gain exposure, treasury systems procurement, capital raisings and securitisation.

With tertiary qualifications in an accounting or business related discipline, you should have had at least 5 years hands on experience in a risk analysis role within the treasury of a sophisticated financial institution or corporate. Your experience may have been gained whilst working in the audit area of a large chartered accounting firm. Specifically, you must have had exposure to a range of risk management tools including Value at Risk (VAR) models. It goes without saying that you have strong computer modelling skills and couple this with first rate research and analytical abilities. As the role will involve dealing with the most senior levels of management, both within and outside the organisation, it is essential that you possess the interpersonal and communication skills one would expect in an accomplished treasury professional.
