Chris commenced his recruitment career in Sydney in 1989, having previously held senior finance and product development roles within the funds management industry in both London and Sydney.

Having worked with two large recruitment companies, he established O’Connor Recruitment Services Pty Limited (ORS) in 1995. His vision has been to offer a tailored recruitment service, providing a wide range of cost effective solutions to clients, rather than the all too familiar narrow range of services provided by many recruitment practitioners.

Chris works closely with his clients to understand their businesses and has built a strong reputation for delivering successful outcomes by applying the most suitable and cost effective strategy to each of the varying assignments he undertakes.
